PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA POLICY
Dungeon Douleur is proud to be a creative, immersive, and community-centered event space. At our public, ticketed events, photography and videography may be present for promotional and archival purposes. We are also honored to be featured in an upcoming documentary by JoJo Productions, which highlights the artistry, inclusivity, and ethics of the modern BDSM community.
By purchasing a ticket and entering a public Dungeon Douleur event, you acknowledge and agree to our Photography & Media Policy. You grant Dungeon Douleur, its affiliates, and licensed media partners the right to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice in any media format now known or developed in the future, for promotional, educational, or documentary purposes, without compensation.
If you wish to attend but prefer to remain anonymous, we offer the following options to help protect your privacy. Free masks will be available at check-in. Guests may also request a red wristband, indicating that they do not wish to be filmed or photographed directly. Our team and production crews will do their best to honor these visual boundaries. However, it is ultimately the guest’s responsibility to remain out of camera view if anonymity is essential. If you believe you have been filmed or photographed and would like your image removed, please email us at info@DungeonDouleur.com and we will do our best to honor your request.
A professional photographer is present at all Dungeon Douleur events. At public events, they help us capture the energy of the night and support our ongoing visibility, promotion, and documentation efforts. If you’d like to have your photo taken, our photographer is available to help you capture the moment. If you are wearing a red wristband, they will not photograph you directly.
At private events, photography is much more limited. The photographer is present only to serve our guests by request. If you prefer full anonymity, you may attend a private event and rest assured that you will not be photographed at all. However, if you do want to capture a special moment, our professional photographer is there to do so respectfully and discreetly, just for you.
By attending any public Dungeon Douleur event, you waive any expectation of privacy in public or crowd spaces and consent to our event media practices as outlined above.
We appreciate your presence and support, and we are committed to cultivating a space that honors consent—on and off the stage.
