Kompology- Art of knots
Mastress Saber Sno poses for the captivating Dr. Quo at her debut of Kompology- Art of Knots brand. Kompology events highlight the need for connection and community in the BDSM scene. Her intention is to shine a spotlight on the darker parts of soceities seedy underbelly. Kompology featured different rope artists that highlighted the pain, pleasure, playfulness, seduction, violence, and vulnerability that often accompanies the dance between the rope bunny and the shibari master.
“KINKNECTED”
Dr. Quo captures the deep bond between these two anonymous kinksters at our immersive Cell Block 33 event. Cell Block 33 was intended to illustrate the pain caused by the industrial prison complex, and highlight the inherent unfairness of the sociopolitical ecosystem that allows it to thrive. The paddle
Dr. Quo captures a playful couple using one of Douleurs original art membership paddles. The artist who created the paddles, was none other than Mastress Saber Sno herself! CEO and creator of Dungeon Douleur, she created 33 unique paddles for her guests at Cell Block 33.

Here Dr. Quo captures a moment of seduction and elegance at Prohibition- A Kink-Easy, as aptly named starlet Cinda Starr performs an exotic burlesque worthy of a speakeasy in the 1920’s. A collaboration event between EXVI (Douleur’s exclusive x-rated club) and Versus events. Prohibition is the pinnacle of Exclusive-Inclusive, a VIP invite only experience catering specifically to LA’s poly, creative, queer, demi, and sapiosexual kinksters. Hosted at the elegant House of Spades venue.

The Auction
Rowdy auctioneer Kevin Flint is portrayed yelling into the crowd at lightning speed. Our auction was intended to create a space for healing and joy. Auctions have long held the painful associations of slavery and injustice. While we cannot right the wrongs of the past, we can take back the power dynamic of a traditional auction in an effort to create a new memory. Guest who chose to participate put themselves up on the block consensually advertising whatever they felt comfortable donating for a blind date of sorts with the winner of their auction. A five minute massage, holding hands, eye gazing, and an intimate bondage session were among some of the demisexual and consent forward offerings. Only by looking at our darkness can we transmute the pain into pleasure through art.
